2023 Block POP

We are ready to open the sign ups for the 2023 Block/POP Party. This was a huge BLAST last year.

Join us on Saturday, June 10th, from 5:30-10:30.

We will have BBQ, sides, drinks, music, and a movie. YOU MUST RSVP below so we can have the right amount of BBQ. Due to the ordering requirements, you will only be able to receive exactly what you order (unless there is extra). Thanks for understanding!

Let’s kick-off the pool season!

PLEASE DO NOT RSVP IF YOU ARE NOT PLANNING TO ATTEND. PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOUR PLANS CHANGE. WE SPEND A LOT OF MONEY ON THIS EVENT AND WE DON’T WANT TO WASTE MONEY ON FOOD THAT WILL NOT BE USED. Thanks!!

Knowing there are limited chairs and tables at the pool, you may want to bring your own portable chairs.

Remember there is NO GLASS allowed at the pool. 

We will begin serving food  AT 5:45 pm. Arrive early if you want to be sure to get some.

Those who have RSVP’d for this event will go through the line first. We will NOT be allowing anyone who shows up with no RSVP to enter the food line until 6:00 and whatever food remains will be available. 

***Be sure you have RSVP’d the number of Brisket and BBQ servings (sandwiches) you need to feed yourself and your group*** We are ordering the BBQ according to this number!

May 17 to July 8, 2023

COST:
* $65 First Child in Family (+ purchase of team swimsuit)
* $50 Second Child in Family (+ purchase of team swimsuit)
* $45 Each Additional Child in Family (+ purchase of team swimsuit)

2023 Pool Season Information

The 2023 Leacroft Pool Season letter is being mailed to all community members.  If you do not receive this letter or are curious about the pool rules for 2023, you can view this information here:

NOTE: Pool hours are subject to lifeguard availability.  

2023 Pool Schedule:

* NOTE: Pool will be closed to the public for Wellington swim team practices from 6pm-7pm on: 6/12, 6/14, 6/19, 6/21, 6/26 and 6/28.

Please note that access to the Leacroft community pool is only permitted for those Leacroft homeowners or family members with an active keyfob and whose common area privileges are intact (not suspended or revoked due to unacceptable pool behavior, delinquencies, fines or liens).  Guests of the homeowner or family member are permitted per stated pool rules and regulations.

There is a limit of 10 people per residence who can use the pool at the same time.  If you’re planning a party or get-together that would cause you to have more than 10 people at the pool from the same residence, we ask that you complete the pool party request form in advance.  Please be aware that a fee may be charged if the request is approved.  Residents will also be required to sign-in upon entering the pool. These new policies are part of an effort to properly maintain order and safety at our pool so it can be enjoyed by all Leacroft residents.
