Ok everyone, It’s time for our Patriotic Pool Party. As the white board has shown, it is Friday, July 17th.

We will begin with FREE pizza PROMPTLY at 6:30 (First come first served, so don’t show up hungry at 7pm.)

Around 7pm we will have games for young and oldER. 🙂 The games are listed here so you can have an idea what you want to participate in. And yes, there WILL BE prizes. Sign ups for the games will be at the entrance of the pool on Friday.

At about 8:30pm we will pop the popcorn and begin the movie “The Box Trolls” (PG)

Here is a list of games we will play:

Duck push
Age groups: 0-6*
move a duck across the pool by blowing through a straw

Marble pickup (baby pool)
Age groups: 0-6*
pick up marbles using your feet

T-shirt relay (teams of 2)
Age group: 16 and up
race across pool wearing a large shirt, switch off with partner

Coin grab
Age groups: 7-10, 11-15, 16 & up
dive for coins, highest total wins a prize

Invisi-Bottle
Age groups: 7-10, 11-15, 16 & up
dive for clear bottle filled with water and race back to side of pool

Number crunch (teams of 3)
Age groups: 0-6*, 7-10, 11-15
relay to collect ping pong balls with values on them from the pool and bring them back to a bucket
